1. I am opening a new venue! Or I have an existing licensed premises and need to submit an application but am unsure which is the correct application?

  1. Can I talk through my application with someone?

  1. Can I meet with someone face to face in relation to my application?

Our team are always happy to meet people face to face to discuss any applications or enquiries that you may have.  Please use our online enquiry form to provide your details and a member of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment.

  1. I want to instruct Aspire Licensing to submit my licensing application can I pay later?

Should you instruct us to deal with any licensing applications then we are happy to receive a portion of our final invoice up front at the outset to cover necessary disbursements which will be required to pay out on your behalf.  Should this payment come by way of cheque then please note that the application will not be submitted until the cheque has cleared .  An invoice can then be generated once your application has been submitted explaining that an initial payment has been received on account which will be deducted, leaving the remainder of our costs to be settled on receipt of the invoice.

  1. Do I need to do anything once I know my application has been submitted?

NO!  Leave everything to us.  We will liaise with all responsible authorities on your behalf throughout the consultation period of your application.  We shall inform you throughout the matter whether we require anything further from you or as and when we are able to provide you with an update.  Once all matters have been concluded your granted premises or personal licence will be sent out to you as soon as we are in receipt of the same.  Please note that premises and personal licence will be retained until final invoices are settled on your account.
