  • Are you looking to operate a licensed premises and don’t know where to begin?
  • Are you making the most of your existing licence?
  • Do you have the correct Designated Premises Supervisor in place?

  • Are your staff properly trained? Would they be able to deal with situations involving intoxicated people, underage sales and test purchases?  Is some refresher training worthwhile?
  • Are you complying with the current hours of your premises licence?
  • Are the plans attached to your licence correct for the current layout of the premises? Is there a valid plan attached to the licence?
  • Have you thought about varying your licence in relation to the hours or the removal of old unnecessary conditions?
  • Are you using each year the correct number of temporary events notices you are entitled to?
  • Are your Managers aware of the conditions that are attached to your licence and are they adhering to them?
