- Are you looking to operate a licensed premises and don’t know where to begin?
- Are you making the most of your existing licence?
- Do you have the correct Designated Premises Supervisor in place?
- Do you have more than one personal licence holder at the premises? If your current DPS left would you be in a position to add someone else straight onto the licence?

- Are you complying with the current hours of your premises licence?
- Are the plans attached to your licence correct for the current layout of the premises? Is there a valid plan attached to the licence?
- Have you thought about varying your licence in relation to the hours or the removal of old unnecessary conditions?
- Are you using each year the correct number of temporary events notices you are entitled to?
- Are your Managers aware of the conditions that are attached to your licence and are they adhering to them?
